Dare Art Alade (Darey) was born to legendary African Jazz musician and entertainer, Art Alade and his wife, Olapeju Alade. He is the last of five children.

Dare Art Alade Early Life

Darey had his secondary school education at CMS Grammar school, Lagos before going on to the University of Lagos for a degree in Music. He went further to the Music Society of Nigeria (MUSON) to study music theory, voice and classical piano.

His Father's extensive Jazz music collection and the concerts he let him attend ushered Darey into the life of 'Showbiz'.

Dare Art Alade Career

Darey has been a disc jokey, TV presenter, Master of Ceremony, Entertainment Consultant, Voice Over Artist, Performing/Recording Artist, Emtrepreneur and Philianthropist.

While in school, he got scouted to work for cool FM while performing on stage in clubs, so he shuttled between being a presenter on 9.9 cool FM and studying.
