    tintinnabulum; from the Latintintinnabulum, "a bell") is a compositional style created by the Estonian composer Arvo Pärt, introduced in his Für Alina (), and used again in Spiegel im Spiegel ().

    This simple style was influenced by the composer's mystical experiences with chant music.
